Use our Email Wizard function to get easy access to your club’s membership database. With this software, you can send pertinent membership information for email messages to both guests and members.
- Choose the Current Member or Mass Mailing option as appropriate. If the current member does not have an email address in the module, the Current Member option and tabs for Step 2 and Step 3 will be disabled.
- Use the selection criteria drop-down lists for the data you wish to email to the members.
- Include any necessary criteria as listed to the right.
- Choose Next. The Email Wizard will display Step 2. Review the Members tab.
- Deselect any members whom you do not wish to receive the email message.
- Choose Next. The Email Wizard will display Step 3. Type Message tab. The email address shown is the default return address. (Need help with this: Do you mean “Click the Message tab?)
- Enter a subject in this required field.
- Change the typeface, size, and other attributes as needed.
- Type your message in the message field.
- Insert fields of data by positioning your cursor appropriately in the message field, selecting a field from the drop-down list, and clicking Insert.
- To choose a different text color, highlight the text and choose Color to see your options.
- Click Send.
